Returns Policy
For Health and Safety reasons earrings are non refundable due to hygiene and the prevention of infection and disease.
Please be sure you are 100% certain of your purchase before ordering.

Once we have received the faulty item back we will investigate and issue a refund or an exchange depending if the item is still in stock.
Refunds will not be issued for items that have been misused or purposely damaged. Please see Care Guide- any tarnishing or discolouration that occurs due to not following the care instructions provided will not be covered.
Please note we do not cover the postage cost of the returned item and the original postage fee will be deducted from any refund amount.
Items other than earrings can be returned within 14 days of purchase please email care@blush-birdie.com within 3 days of receiving your items your reason(s) for return and one of our care team members will be in touch with 48hours.
